"I love Jennifer! During my first reformer class, she was super helpful explaining the equipment so I felt comfortable from the start! As an instructor her classes are very well planned, each move flows into the next so you get balanced full body workout. And in each class she has a laser focus, knows when and how to give tips to improve posture or form which makes you aware of your body’s range. After a month now of her classes I feel stronger! No matter your pace or desired challenge level, Jennifer will deliver a fulfilling Pilates class. I highly recommend!"
